Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications published by Bot Garage LLC (“we,” “us”) on the Apple App Store and Google Play (the “Apps”). By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
1. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the usage rules of the applicable app store. We and our licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Apps. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell or rent the Apps except as permitted by law.
2. App store terms
If you obtained an App from the Apple App Store, your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), and if these Terms conflict with it, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Bot Garage LLC only, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the Apps, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Apps (including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property infringement claims). In the event of any failure of an App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting,” and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If you obtained an App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply, and control where they conflict with these Terms to the extent required.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Apps for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the Apps or their servers; attempt to gain unauthorized access; circumvent purchases, ads or security features; upload harmful, infringing, harassing or illegal content; or use automated means to access the Apps except as intended.
4. In-app purchases and refunds
Payments, in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies; we cannot issue refunds directly. See our Support page for links.
5. Disclaimers
THE APPS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOT GARAGE LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Apps at any time by deleting them.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Michigan, except where your local consumer protection law gives you the right to sue in your home jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
